A house that is designed for a family with 4 relatively grown children.

Our planning strategy revolves around splitting the house into two, one house housing the master and the other being a complex of 4x studio apartments, with their private entrance.

A modernist expression of a series of seemingly individual villas has been adopted,  one that is moderately tempered with a certain respect for the tropics that this house is located within.
