This prototype specifically takes on the modernity of design, with touch of luxurious Asian-Villa look.

The residence consists of several pavilions housing different functions, and has an axis that spans from the Entrance area to the Meditation Pavilion at the very end of the complex.

The axis intersects with the open-planned Living & Dining Area in the middle, which branches off to 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, as well as Work-from-Home corner as MINKKE's response to new-normal needs & rise of entrepreneurs.
