We are tasked to tweak and design several public areas in the newly built 100 Residence (now known as ARC 100 in Surabaya), namely the additional Cafe @ Lobby, Bar, Mini Theatre, and Library & Board Room.

Using the same palette as the overall Main Lobby, the Cafe uses the timber texture carefully arranged to make a 3D pattern, with pendant lights to give ambience. We also adjusted the seating, as well as rearranged the receptionist desk, adding a centerpiece for a touch of elegance.

The connecting Bar & Mini Theatre are designed with intimate ambience. The Bar exudes executive feel, while the Mini Theatre's unique wrap-around wall design makes you feel like inside a private jet cabin.

The Library & Board Room are separated with folding door, which client can opt between the solid or glass finish for the end product. Classic yet timeless design are chosen, with earthy warm tones to make you feel at home.
