The last First (*oxymoron of the day!) is - of course, not the least - a master planning for a town-side land in a historically exotic mountainous city of Xieng Khouang in Laos, where coincidentally the three major Asiatic tectonic fault lines converge ...where we evolve a mini town of commercial, hospitality, residential, cultural, tourism, educational & recreational elements out of the lay of the land and a river stream that flows right through the site, creating an architectural design that seduces the land and contours much like the sensuous curves of the river!
